This two bedroom, two bath luxury, single-story Bungalow home overlooks the Spa Villa neighborhood. The Bungalow features a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. The sleeping arrangements include one king and one queen bed. This home can accommodate up to 4 guests and is walking distance from several restaurants, Cinzia Spa and Beach Fitness.

North Beach Resort & Villas will be completing upgrades and improvements throughout the property from September 2026 through May 2027.

As part of our continued efforts to maintain and enhance the resort, these projects will involve work on building exteriors, unit balconies, pool facilities, and other common areas. Due to the scope of the work, certain units, balconies, pools, and common areas may be temporarily unavailable at various times.

During this period, you may see construction equipment, contractors, and workers throughout the resort. You may also experience construction-related noise during active working hours.
