The marsh view, the high & low tides and the complete package of live oaks and dripping Spanish moss was amazing. The cottage was beautiful and had everything needed for our comfort. We loved it!

Beautiful cottage, very clean. Quiet & peaceful. Kitchen was well equipped. There wasn't water in front of cottage most of time however, just a little came in part of the way during high tide.

The home is absolutely beautiful. The view is beautiful. We witnessed an amazing rainbow over the marsh. There was some dirty silverware in the drawer but the worst thing about this rental was the smell! As soon as you walk up to the front door there is a dog poop smell and then inside the home is the smell of cat urine. We did witness a racoon in front of the home early one morning. Possibly a family of racoons living under the house?? The urine smell seemed to get worse the longer we were there. We did not notify the management due to I don't think they could do anything about it. There were several air fresheners in the home (to no avail), so I believe the management was well aware of the smell. We did see that someone else talked about a smell in their review.
