Starter supplies: fresh linens, comforters, pillows, full set of bath and kitchen towels. Complimentary starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. Consumables (salt, pepper, oil) are not provided.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire Beary Fine home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the gourmet kitchen, the private heated indoor pool, the outdoor hot tub, the game room (pool table and dartboard), and the outdoor deck, grill, and fire pit areas.
