Great location, close to downtown and the campus. Really cute, historic, neighborhood. The host, Clint, is kind and helpful. The house is older and there are a couple minor outstanding maintenance items. But overall a great stay at a reasonable price.

Place is large and met our needs for a three bedroom unit. Walkable to restaurants, and we had nice weather and could walk downtown. The unit largely met our needs.

Host accommodating to requests and responding to messages.

Home was a little rough, set in a neighborhood that is rough. I spent LESS for Florida homes with screened in pools and less worries walking at night; for a longer stay. Had it not been for the Eacharistic Congress, this would have been a pass.
