Summary:

Welcome to White Elephant, an amazing three-bedroom (1300 sqft/ 120 sqm) apartment in Mexico City, located inside Grand Polanco. You will be a few blocks away from the famous Jumex and Soumaya museums as well as from major supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and the amazing Antara shopping mall. Green areas, including the Lincon Park and the Chapultepec Park, are also nearby. During your stay, you can also enjoy communal amenities, such as a gym, an indoor pool, and a kids' playground!



The Space:

Modernly decorated with a minimalist design, the living area is bathed in natural light, making it ideal for work or relaxation on the comfortable couch. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, ensuring convenience for cooking and dining.



The apartment provides flexibility, comfortably accommodating up to 6 visitors.



The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, along with a sizable closet and dressing room, complemented by a full ensuite bathroom for added comfort and privacy.



The other bedrooms feature queen beds, offering restful nights and privacy when desired. One of the secondary rooms includes a convenient desk, providing a dedicated space for work or study.

Polanco is an affluent neighborhood in the Miguel Hidalgo borough of Mexico City. Polanco is an upscale community, famed for its luxury shopping on Avenida Presidente Masaryk, one of the most expensive streets in the Americas, as well as for the numerous prominent cultural institutions located within the neighborhood, such as the Museo Soumaya and the Colección Jumex. Polanco is often called the "Beverly Hills of Mexico",being one of the country's densest concentrations of luxury shopping, Michelin starred restaurants, high-net-worth individual, upscale hotels, diplomatic missions and embassies, and one of the most desirable real estate markets in Latin America.



Getting Around:

White Elephant is located inside Grand Polanco, one of the most important residential buildings in Polanco, just in front Plaza Carso and the Inbursa Aquarium.

Home truths:

- IMPORTANT: The building across the street is under construction, so there may be occasional noise or activity.

- The building allows amenities use for guest ONLY for stays longer than 1 year.

- Pets are allowed at an extra fee per stay

- Apartment does not have A/C, but opening the windows will suffice to get a nice breeze

- Prime location right in front of Costco and chedrahui so shopping well be extremely easy, although the apartment is not located in central Polanco.
