Sunrise Artist is a new and creative way to start your day! This fully renovated house has been decorated with creativity in mind, making it perfect for artists, couples and families alike who are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, while still staying within easy reach of everything the Blue Mountains has to offer.
The layout of the split level house creates the perfect balance of spacious and intimate spaces. Enter on the ground level to a beautiful dining room and kitchen. Upstairs, the master bedroom and living rooms are complemented with a picturesque balcony and abounds of natural light. Downstairs, 3 bedrooms are tucked away with garden views. 2 rooms feature queen beds and 1 has a single/double fold out mattress.
Indulgently self contained, there is no need to bring anything, nor will you want for anything. With a fully equipped kitchen, family bathroom and en-suite, washing machine and dryer, you`ll feel like you never left the comfort and convenience of your own home.
Whether you are a musician or someone who wants to discover something new about yourself and the world around you, seize moments of inspiration with your own piano, or simply enjoy the impressive vinyl collection.
The enormous backyard is perfect to escape from the busy itinerary, if only to catch your breath. Complete with a cubby house, spend some quality time with yourself or your loved ones.

The house was clean and orderly, with a well kitted out kitchen. The layout is great for both allowing people to gather, but also to have separate spaces to relax. The property manager was good about contacting us about some unexpected outdoor maintenance work that needed to be undertaken, which was sorted in a day with minimal disturbance.

We were very happy with the location of the house and the spaciousness it provided for 2 couples. It was value for money. We felt that the exterior -balconies and enclosed back porch needed either a good sweep or were a little tired and hope that this feedback helps the host Michael to achieve a better rating.

Great size property- just needs a good clean both inside and in the garden. Interesting noise with the pipes when the central heating is turned on.

Our initial arrival at Sunrise Artist was quite disappointing. The neglected exterior, with its overgrown lawns and unkempt garden, was immediately apparent. Inside, we were concerned by the lack of cleanliness. Baked-on grease and debris covered several kitchen appliances, and others clearly hadn't been cleaned recently. The enclosed backyard patio was also problematic, with cobwebs, leaves, debris and weeds present. The patio furniture was heavily affected by mould and mildew. For comfort, additional blankets would have been appreciated, as the cooler temperatures necessitated two guests using the electric blanket. Sunrise Artist has the potential to offer a much more enjoyable experience, and we hope that attention will be given to the cleanliness and maintenance issues we encountered for the benefit of future visitors.Anna-Louise
