Elevator access is from the ground level to the first floor, once you are on the first floor east side, there are two flights of stairs to the third level.
While there are beds for 6-8, max adult occupancy is 6 per fire code (posted in condo), violations are subject to fine.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, well equipment apartment, comfortable for a family of 4. Convenient shuttle service to the slopes and to town. Locker room in the garage- very convenient as well. Pool and game room on the property. Host very informative and very easy to communicate with. And even though we stayed in late March and during record low amount of snow in the area, we still got to ski three full days and enjoyed every bit of it! Definitely recommend and would love stay here again.

It's a great, quiet spot close to the bus route. Had everything in the kitchen that we needed.

Property was clean and perfect for our needs. We cooked most our meals and found the unit to have all necessary cooking utensils. Definitely would reserve again on a future tripTo Winter Park.
