Changes need approval. No unregistered guests or we may cancel without refund.

CHECK-IN TIME: 3pm and after. The home has a smartlock and a code will automatically generate. The code will not work until the check in time of 3PM and response with “Agree” has been received.
NO SMOKING: If so, $500 Deep Clean. No smoking/vaping, flammable items. Kindly smoke outside, away from openings and throw away all roaches, cigarette butts, etc, in the trash can.
NO PETS: If so, $500 Deep Clean & we may cancel stay without refund. Trained Service Dog OK. ADVANCE notice required.
QUIET TIME: 10pm - 8am. Enjoy our home! But please no loud noise levels, unruly behavior or illegal activities. If so, stay may be canceled without refund. This is per the LA County Home Sharing Ordinance.
LINENS/BEDS: Kindly refrains from eating in the bedrooms.
KITCHEN: Wash any dishes, pots, pans, etc.
CHECK OUT BY 10AM (late check out needs OK 24hrs ahead.
UNAPPROVED LATE CHECKOUT: $50. If overstay impact next guest: 2X overnight rate. Fee is not an extension.
COURTEOUS GUEST: The cleaning fee is based on you being a “courteous guest”, which means treating the home with respect. Simple things like cleaning up after yourself, no unruly behavior, illegal activities, stealing, destruction of items/property. We try to be as accommodating and understanding as possible, however, if severe violations occur, fines may be imposed.
After booking, we do require you to upload an ID and sign a house agreement.

This home provided a great space for our group. The extra bedding was helpful for the grandkids who wanted their own space. The kitchen had all the necessities we needed. Having access to the backyard would have been optimal but this was well disclosed in the description. Recommendation: Purchase a coffee maker with automatic shutoff.

I don't usually write reviews like this, but I don't usually have to. I'm going to be honest. The pictures are old. The house is not nearly as nice as it looks. The yard was overgrown with weeds and looked terrible. Everything was very sloppy - lightbulbs missing EVERYWHERE. The kitchen was kind of disastrous. Besides being pretty dark (again, missing lightbulbs) some cabinets doors were missing, one drawer wouldn't stay close, the kitchen was not well stocked, it was full of random junk, one of the burners didn't work, and the freezer was FILTHY (refrigerator was clean thought). Even in the downstairs powder room, two pieces of the toilet paper holder were broken and laying on the floor and the toilet paper was hanging from the only post that was still attached to the wall. The pool table was unusable unless you want to add an obstacle course element to your pool game as the felt is torn up in many places. The garage was filthy - should at least have been swept out - and smelled horrible. There was no laundry detergent as advertised. The rug in the living room floor was taped down with DUCT TAPE which a spectacular look, but then it had pulled away from the floor and was a tripping hazard. The place was so sloppy. POSITIVES: Other than the freezer, the house was clean - bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. And it's a great location. I encourage the owners to look at the house. It needs a face lift and some TLC and it could be amazing.
