Would you like to relax and enjoy your vacation in a modern villa by the sea? Then Villa D&V is the ideal place for you! Villa D&V is located not far from the city of Pula and offers you an ideal vacation with the opportunity to visit all the famous sights in beautiful Istria.
Step into the beautiful interior of this modern villa, which is split over two floors. The villa can accommodate a total of 10 people in five comfortable bedrooms. The spacious first floor of the villa has an equipped kitchen with living room and open dining area. On the first floor of the villa you will find three bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, a laundry room and from the first floor you have access to two outdoor terraces. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with two bathrooms en suite and a covered terrace with table tennis and an outdoor living area.
The beautiful garden of Villa D&V will delight you! Here you can refresh yourself in the large private pool or simply relax on the sun loungers. In the garden there is also a large modern outdoor kitchen with a dining table where you can enjoy dinner with family and friends. There is an 80-year-old olive tree in the garden of the villa.

The villa is only 3.7 km away from the pebble beaches in Stinjan, and only a few minutes' drive from the center of the city of Pula, where you can visit various sights.

When it comes to culture and tradition, Pula is considered the center of Istria. When we booked this Villa we looked at all the pictures a few times as they looked enhance, honestly they are not the pictures are 100% what this Villa looks like and is like. Villa D&V is an amazing Villa with brilliant amenities.Externally just look at the photos, a Huge Pool and amazing outdoor kitchen give you the ability to spend your whole holiday "Al Fresco" living. We loved the BBQ and as I will put later in this review if you run out of gas, one text to Martina (at 8pm one evening) and the next morning (by 10am) the Gas was replaced. The Al Fresco kitchen also has a huge TV on the wall to add to the ability to live your whole holiday not inside the villa.Internally the downstairs part of the Villa has 3 bedrooms (2 Doubles) and a Twin room, two bathrooms and then the beautifully laid out open plan Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Room.Then the 2nd floor which is accessed via a set of external stairs only (important to note as it's not 100% clear in pictures) there is a Master Suite with En Suite Bathroom and Balcony, another Twin (albeit the beds are not singles they are more two small doubles), a bathroom and then Balcony area with Ping Pong Table (yes this is not on the pictures but a lovely bonus).Fully air conditioned throughout with individual controls in all rooms meant that even during the warm summer Croatian evenings you were able to sleep in complete comfort.In terms of method of Contact with Martina via What'sApp was seemless, there was nothing that wa
