There needs to be some type of notification that more money needs to be paid to heat the pool before hand. With a clear section to pay that fee if we want. We stayed for 5 days, with not the warmest weather and would have really enjoyed a heated pool. Other than that the house is amazing.

The property owner was very attentive. Answered my questions or concerns promptly. The house was in a good location for our daughters softball games. Very quiet location too. Liked that it was in a secure/gated area. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm (even in the evening hours - so nice when we got back after games to go sit and relax in the warm hot tub) which was so nice. Game room was nice too. I have 2 small dings (the only reason I didn't give a 5 star) was the kitchen could have used more items for cooking (measuring cup, better cooking pans, baking dishes, cookie sheet) and everytime we left and come back and opened the front door, it smelled like someone smoked in the house so it had a distinct smell. Overall a good experience.
