The Spaces
The kids will marvel at the winter-themed bedroom, replete with a glacial, snow-capped bedframe, adjoining life-sized princesses. Just down the hall, the superhero-themed bedroom is sure to satisfy your little superheroes, who won't turn down bedtime once they get a load of the bunk bed with a built-in slide, surrounded by incredible floor-to-ceiling wall art.
The fun continues throughout the house, starting with the private home theater on the main floor—featuring 10 ultra comfy leather recliners, led lighting, high-end projector and sound systems, and a giant projection screen. You'll also find some great arcade games in the theater, like a Pacman multi cade. After movie night, be sure to swing by the game room/loft, equipped with a karaoke system, arcade favorites like Fruit Ninja FX 2, a mini jungle gym for the little ones, and a lounge area with a smart TV.
Just outside the back door, your private, screened-in pool and spillover spa await, surrounded by five comfy loungers, and plenty of patio space to bask in the warm Orlando sun. Take advantage of the giant connect four and pool basketball to settle the score in as many family tournaments as you can handle!
Wind down from the excitement with a delicious meal, served up at the 12-seat patio table overlooking the pool, and relax afterwards in the outdoor lounge area. An elegant indoor dining area is also available—complete with a large table, 14 chairs, and charming décor. After dinner, play some wall-Scrabble or Ping Pong in the downstairs gaming area.
The kitchen next door offers everything you'll need for meal time, including a large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and cabinets stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and glassware. Shiny, white islands make prepping easy, and they double as a breakfast bar, bordered by 5 sleek stools.
The living room is a great spot to chill out after an action-packed day. Pile onto the soft, roomy couches or armchairs, flick on the smart TV, and settle in for an evening of relaxation with the whole crew.
When you're ready for bedtime, nestle into any of the designer King- or full-sized bedrooms, furnished with deluxe mattresses and super soft hotel quality linens to ensure restful nights throughout your stay!

We loved this home! It was spacious, clean and inviting, along with a great location. Our whole family loved the pool table and private pool. Mattresses were very comfortable and Villatel was always quick to respond. If we’re ever back in Orlando, I’d definitely stay here again.

Great location. Tons of space. I would not bother with the pool heater unless needed later. Turned out to be a waste. Otherwise, I would certainly endorse this property for large family gatherings.

It is April 2024 and I am still waiting for a refund that has never shown on my credit card statement. There were several issues with the house - i.e. no internet, no wifi, took many visits from tech people to get all working, edit room tv never worked the entire week (was voice activated which didn't work - 3 remotes didn't have backs on them and didn't work), we were at location at 4:00 to checkin and we got a call that property would not be available until 6:30 because insufficient cleaning staff. We also had groceries to be delivered at 5:00. For the expense, we were very disappointed. Because of late check-in, I guess it is your policy to charge client, but because it was not our fault, we were told we would at least get a $90 refund, but that has never happened. I would not recommend this management group. We had really bad experience and had alot of money invested. And the gas grill that we rented was a joke. Small and could hardly use. We have rented many properties and have never been charged for a gas grill. Also, the kitchen needed lots of equipment. There were no measuring spoons/cups and all of the pots/pans were huge. A trip to Dollar Tree and about $20 would have been a great plus for the kitchen.
