The dining room features ample seating for six, and is perfect for dinner with your loved ones. New cabinets and new countertops provide ample space for hosting guests. Kitchen island seats three and is perfect for coffee or breakfast. The living room has ample seating to enjoy your favorite sports, TV shows on the 55in. SmartTV. Off the living room is a small den/office featuring a work desk and a 50in. SmartTV.



EXTERIOR

The backyard has everything you need to relax on your stay. Take a dip in the pool, catch some sunshine, warm up in the spa on the cooler nights. Enjoy dining al-fresco with your loved ones at the six person dining table. For those who like to BBQ, a 4 burner BBQ with natural gas is provided. Please note, the smoker BBQ in the pictures is not provided due to liability.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

Located off the living room is a guest bedroom with a queen sized bed, large closet and a 50in. SmartTV. Located down the hall is the main bedroom and additional guest bedrooms. The additional guest bedroom features a queen size bed, nightstands, dressers, closet and a 50in. SmartTV. The guest bedroom shares a newly remodeled guest bath located in the hallway. Main bedroom featured a king size bed, ceiling fan, closet, 55in. SmartTV, en suite bath with dual vanity sinks and a large walk in shower.

Conveniently located with Albertson's Groceries and Bristol Farms nearby. Walk to Starbucks or Peet's Coffee in the beautiful desert mornings. POOL HEAT

Pool heating is an optional amenity and not included in the nightly rental rate. Pool heating may be added during the booking process. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and on size of the pool.

An exterior entry security camera is present. It is not monitored and is only utilized when the home is vacant.

There is an additional nonrefundable fee for pets.

One dog per reservation is permitted unless additional pets are approved in advance.

Dogs must be under 35 pounds and at least 12 months old, unless an exception is approved in writing by the property owner.

Due to insurance requirements, certain breeds and mixes may not be permitted, including Pit Bull/Pit Bull-type breeds, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Bullmastiffs, Boxers, and similar restricted breeds.

Any exception must be approved in writing before arrival. Please do not bring a pet that does not meet these guidelines without prior approval.

Guests are responsible for their pets throughout their stay and for any damage, excessive cleaning, odor removal, or other pet-related costs.

Pets should be well supervised and may not be left unattended when doing so could result in property damage, excessive barking, or disturbance to neighbors.

Pet requirements may vary by property based on homeowner preferences and insurance requirements.
