We had a wonderful time in Firenze. Communication was really easy and the apartment was nice for our family with two little kids and my mother too. Enjoyed the location too. Grazie mille!

A wonderful stay in Florence. The location is excellent. Parking so convenient. The Host was so attentive and responded to all our messages. The place was so clean and it looked like the photos.

Location was good. Few more stairs than expected and rhe refrigerator had an odor that was not pleasant and shut off on us one day. Managers did respond fairly quickly. Key wasn’t in box when we arrived but they had someone let us in. Make sure you have toiletries. No extra toilet paper or body wash. I know not always supplied but would be nice since traveling from the United States.
