The newly renovated condo was very nice and clean. The entire building was nice and clean. Security was top notch! Pool area was very nice and relaxing. The gentlemen that brought umbrellas were nice and very much appreciated. A few things in the condo itself were not really as described in the VRBO listing. Washer and dryer are not in the unit but shared for the entire floor. Always in use by someone else. No blender in the condo. The balcony is ocean view but mostly a view of dumpsters and the side of a building. Also very loud starting early in the morning until late at night from delivery trucks coming and going or dumpsters being emptied. Constant beeping from trucks backing up that can be heard loudly inside the condo. The umbrella and chairs beach service is also not available although Eli did partially refund for that.

Great host as well as a very clean unit. I could not ask for more and never have I stayed at a place where the host was very quick to answer questions as well as telling me great places to go. Thank you Eli

The apartment itself was very nice. It was clean, well-maintained, had a great location, and offered a nice beach view. Towels were provided, and the unit appeared recently renovated. The main issue was communication before and during check-in. Important details about parking, building access, beach access, pool rules, and the check-in process were not clearly explained in advance. There was free parking available, but I ended up paying for valet parking because I did not receive clear instructions beforehand.I also experienced a problem accessing the unit upon arrival because the door code had not been updated, which required contacting the host late in the evening.Future guests should confirm parking, building access procedures, amenities, and entry instructions before arriving. One additional consideration is noise. The property is next to a hotel, and there were frequent sounds from service vehicles and trucks. Light sleepers may find this disruptive, even in the bedroom farther from the street.Overall, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. With better communication and arrival instructions, the experience would have been significantly improved.
