Great view of the coast, and very helpful staff in accommodating a last-minute adjustment to our schedule. This is clearly one of the nice hotels in the area, so it's a great option for an extended stay in Zhoushan

The initial check in process could've went a little smoother. I don't think this was entirely the hotel's fault, but the requirement to check (and confirm) travel visas was much more stringent than most hotels

There was a female manager working on the executive floor, who spoke English well and was very helpful and nice. There was also a male member of staff on the ground floor who was helpful and polite. He spoke English too.

The hotel was not clean. The room wasn't clean. The towels smelt strange, they needed to be re washed. The pillows smelt bad. I stayed in the executive floor and the staff were noisey in the mornings when they were putting items in the storage room next to the room I stayed in. Very limited vegetarian options and absolutely no vegan options. Poor, especially for the Hilton. Thank goodness I brought my own breakfast and snacks. The tables and floors were sticky on the 2nd floor restaurant. In the afternoons, there was still old food and rubbish on the tables and floors. No seating outside anywhere on the grounds of the hotel, very disappointing.

A bit expensive for the quality of the facilities

The room was very comfortable, swimming pool and gym too. One of Receptionists spoke good English, she was very helpful.

We stayed in a lake view room, however the window glasses were not cleaned well enough. That would be the only thing that if we had to complain.
