The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Paid garage parking is available for a max of 2 vehicles (NOT included in the cost of lodging). STR license # 017210.

We stayed at this condo with our 2 boys for spring break 2026. Even though the ski conditions weren't the best, we had an amazing time! This condos location is perfect. You can walk right out to the shared hot tub and grills and it has a huge private patio overlooking the village/slopes. We could walk right across the street to the gondola and restaurants and the ski locker storage was very convenient. The condo is adorably decorated with mid-century decor and even had a record player with records, which was so charming! There were games for our kids they loved. The master bed was super comfortable! My only feedback is maybe add blackout curtains to the master since the windows face the tree lit street. Overall highly recommend and would love to come back!

Perfect condo with everything you need! We enjoyed our stay and how close it is to the mountain to ski! Nice covered parking and easy access to the hot tub and grill area. The only annoying thing is the unusually long codes to get in the doors. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Pros :
- proximity to slopes & kids ski school is fantastic
-mattresses and pillows were comfortable , plenty of blankets
- proximity to ski resort base area was fantastic , although everything closes at 5 or 6 so there’s not much to do across the street at night.
-mountain is great, offers plenty for beginners - intermediate to advanced.
- this unit is right next door to hot tub so that’s a nice perk after ski days.
- reservation check in email is clear with codes and info minus parking cost
Cons:
-Parking garage is very expensive even with the reservation code. It costs us over &100 for 5 nights.
- did not feel like cleaning of property was great, only offered 5 bath towels so I had to wash towels often, washer machine had a collection of hair / fuzz so that was gross / winter park vacation rentals were supposed to send more towels but never did
- winter Park vacation rentals waited until 2 days before my rental start date to inform me one of the days we paid to stay would not have water bc of a HOA water repair. The rep at winter park vacation rentals said they were aware of the planned water outage several weeks before they sent me the notice, meaning they waited until I could no longer get a refund or change units before letting me know which I think is extremely shady business practices.
-bunk bed furniture is on its last leg / very wobbly and not safe
- too much furniture so felt too small for our family of 5
