The Sharing Co - Ribera de Curtidores building has an ideal location for lovers of history and tradition as it is situated in the heart of Madrid, an area of primary interest for its rich history and streets full of traditions that are emblematic of the city.
Calle Ribera Curtidores is known for being the main street of El Rastro, the most famous open-air market in Spain's capital that takes place every Sunday and holiday. At El Rastro you can find multiple curious objects, furniture, vintage items and even collector's pieces, almost impossible to find in regular shops. You will be staying in the midst of the history and cultural identity of Madrid's residents.
But that's not all. The Centro district is the oldest and most historic district in the city, so it hosts the main points of interest in the city such as Plaza España, the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Cathedral of the Almudena and many more. You will stay in a typical Madrid area where each of its streets tells a story that surrounds you and captivates you. It has a wide cultural and gastronomic offer.
If you prefer plans that are a bit less traditional, you will have alternative and very cool plans just a few steps away, such as the city's referential cultural center: La Casa Encendida, La Biblioteca Escuelas Pías, the fun Cine Sala Equis, a renovated space where you can have a Gin-tonic and eat while watching a classic film, or the legendary Taberna Antonio Sánchez, the oldest tavern in Madrid where you will take a trip back to the 80s, Mercado San Fernando and many more places you won't want to miss.
Perfectly connected to the main points of the city. Just a few steps away you will have the Embajadores and La Latina metro stations from where you can access metro lines: L3 and L5 that will connect you with all points of the city or several nearby bus stations that will take you in a few minutes to the main points of interest. Additionally, the city has a bike rental service, skateboards, electric cars and motorcycles.
