This 2-bedroom, 2-bath end-unit townhome features vaulted ceilings and a bright, open layout. The dining area seats six comfortably, with additional seating at the kitchen bar, and the fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals with ease. Downstairs, both bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, with a full bathroom located just next door, also featuring a tub/shower combo. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping space. This home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and is ideal for families or small groups. This townhome is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Great location, great condo, very welcoming and comfortable. Management was super responsive and helpful. The vibe is like a step back into a very peaceful time. Short walk to Village and gondola. Simply smashing!

Rooms and location was exactly as pictured. Comfortable, warm and the kitchen had everything we needed. Easy access to the slopes via the gondala or bus. Some of the facilities featured in photos were a drive away and code / parking pass pickup and drop off is across town.

Yes, everything was relatively clean - with the exception of the dirty floor in the master bathroom that was mentioned - and functioned well. Some instructions were a bit confusing in digital messages compared to what was in the booklet and on the fridge in the unit, and didn’t necessarily match.

Location is incredible - about a 5 min walk from the village, so getting up the gondola to canyon lodge is fast and easy, not to mention excellent access to restaurants and everything else the village has to offer.
That said, during our stay one of the two restrooms in the unit was leaking water pretty much the entire time, soaking the floor and making the restroom difficult to impossible to use.
Communication with the company that manages the property was cumbersome and frustrating. The company forces you to download an app to retrieve your check in/check out instructions and other important information, which is fine but not ideal considering this booking was made on VRBO and it would be preferable to stick to one app. Not to mention that it wasn’t very clear in the email communications that the app is REQUIRED to retrieve your check in instructions. Also the app allows you to view messages sent to you from the company but does NOT allow you to send messages to them, so I was regularly sending messages about the leak through email or calling on the phone anyway.
Finally, since we arrived around 11pm, the rental office had closed so we had to pick up our parking passes and the key code to the door from a drop box. Since we had to download an app anyway, it would have been preferable if the key code was in the app and the parking passes were in the unit.
All in all it was a decent stay, but see above as to why we were left unimpressed.
