The rate also includes end-of-stay cleaning and the local taxe de séjour (tourist tax), which provides access to a Carte d’Hôtes. This card grants complimentary use of local trains and discounts on museum admissions and other attractions.
Standard check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with check-out required by 10:00 AM. Please note that late arrivals may incur additional charges. If your apartment permits pets, additional fees apply. Dogs are charged at €15 per night per dog; however, cats are not permitted in any Alpes Agency apartments.

Perfect for our family of 4. Excellent host with an on-the-ground manager (Regina) who was incredibly helpful with taking care of our missing luggage when it was delivered without advance warning. The apartment is conveniently located to multiple metro lines. Even in the midst of a heat wave, the apartment stayed relatively cool thanks to the portable AC unit and the ground floor / basement (bedroom) location.
