Everything was great,considering the neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay. Parking is not great as a few other reviews state. Loved the back porch. Place was clean, enough.

The residence itself was great. The only downside is the location. Multiple Uber drivers asked if we were in the right location… otherwise, you get what you payed for.

Let me just, you get what you pay for. The space itself was accommodating enough for me and my sisters. We were able to make it work for our stay. However, there were a few downsides that are worth mentioning. The bathroom wasn’t very clean upon arrival, which was very disappointing for a group of women. The two twin beds were uncomfortable. Parking was also a major issue. One night we came back and spent nearly an hour driving around trying to find a spot. Because of that, we ended up taking an Uber the next day just to avoid losing the parking we finally found.Late at night, there were groups of guys hanging out on the corners when we returned around 1am. No one bothered us at all, and we didn’t feel frightened or threatened—just something to be aware of.The Pro of this property is that it was centrally located, took us 15 minutes to get everywhere.I tried not to rely too heavily on the mixed reviews when booking, but in hindsight, some of those concerns were valid. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re on a budget and don’t mind a few inconveniences but we wouldn’t stay again.
