Welcome to Bahia 4417- The Bahia Beach House, located in the fabulous Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort! This elegant bayside studio condo features bright and airy decor, a kitchenette, and a private balcony with spectacular views. With 2 queen beds, this lovely studio comfortably sleeps 4 guests. You will love all the fabulous amenities like the resort-style lagoon pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Come have the beach vacation of a lifetime at The Bahia Beach House.
*Please note that parking in the garage at Bahia is $10 per stay, which covers one vehicle. It is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed. Overflow parking is available on-site at the Inspiration lot nearby, which is a few minutes away on foot. We recommend one vehicle.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We really loved staying at the Bahia, on the Sandestin property. Everyone was so friendly and many things to enjoy with your family, on site. The room was very clean and located close to the pool.

We absolutely loved the location. The pool was gorgeous. It was a quick walk to Baytowne Wharf. Our only complaint was the one mattress needs to be replaced and tub drain was horrible.

I received text messages to set up an account to get a QR code for the garage parking. I created the account put in the rental car information and it would never let me pay to get the code. I called realjoy multiple times and got nowhere. All they did was resend the link. We spent hours trying to get the situation resolved. Finally contacted realjoy for like the seventh time and requested that they cancel the current parking permit and resend out a new link. Finally I was able to pay for parking and was able to park in the parking garage. Very stressful! That was a very horrible start to our stay.
The front desk directed us to where our room was. The room looks like the pictures listed. Pillows were terrible but the beds were comfortable. For some reason the fitted sheets did not fit the beds, and they kept coming off. At first the room looked really clean but after being there a day we realized that our feet were turning black from the floor. The floor was clearly not cleaned prior to us getting there. We were also left one single wash rag. Contacted realjoy immediately and they told us to check under the sink. Obviously we searched high and low before contacting them. We had to wait until the very next day to get more wash rags. Totally unacceptable! The water heater was obnoxiously loud. It was very hard to sleep! The refrigerator in the unit would freeze our waters. I would not recommend anyone staying in this unit. Too many negatives compared to the positives.
