We have stayed here two year in a row. A very nice place with plenty of space for our family. Easy access to everything Sayulita has to offer. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Eric and property manager Sofia were easy to deal with. The property is in an ideal location neighbouring Yah Yah’s cafe and a brief jaunt to town. Got to love the rooftop patio and plenty of space for the kids.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo itself is immaculate and beautifully kept. And the grounds were lovely… we used the pool every day! And you can’t beat the proximity to the main square/town.
Additionally, couldn’t say enough positive things regarding the management team. Eric and Noah were a pleasure to interact with; super helpful and prompt with all our questions. And offered some great travel tips as well. And Claret was so sweet and lovely.
We’ll be back!

Our second time in sayulita and we couldn’t be happier with Casa Malva. We have three kids, the youngest is four, and the penthouse suite was a great fit. The Casa had everything we needed when we chose to stay in and cook for ourselves or the kids needed to get out of the sun and just relax. Well situated in the town for accessing anything easily.
