- Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted in any of our units.
- Only registered guests are allowed to visit or use property facilities.
- NO SMOKING inside the unit - Heavy fines for evidence of smoking.
- No pets allowed.
- Park only in your designated spot. You can find details in the Welcome Guide.
- Quiet time after 10 pm - Please be considerate of our neighbors and minimize loud noises.
- Help us conserve energy and turn off ACs and lights when leaving for extended periods.

A few more clothes hangers, perhaps an extra hook in the bathroom on which to hang a towel, etc. Cushioning the cupboard's edge hanging over the sink. It's easy to hit one's head on it and sustain an injury. We had an excellent time!

The property was as described, a lovely little home from home. The location is tricky if you do not have a car (we didn’t) but the great drives of the No. 9 Jitney picked us up and dropped us off close by. Shops are not close by, we walked daily to the local Starbucks (a pleasant 30 min walk). Taxis are expensive to this location so, on reflection, we would rent a car next time.
