Located in the hyper-center of Paris in the heart of Île Saint-Louis and a stone's throw from Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral, this charming apartment is ideal for discovering Parisian life.
On the ground floor, this very beautiful two-room apartment with modern and designer decoration offers a living space of 25m², is composed of:
- a lovely living area with a comfortable new sofa bed for one person,
- a bathroom with shower and WC,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, hotplates, dishwasher),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer,
- TV and WIFI.
The home has a private entrance and burglar-proof glass for optimum security.
Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9 p.m. and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6 a.m.: 44e
→ Hotel-quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure.
→ Our customers will receive all the essential elements for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, soap, shampoo
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

Thanks to the metro, you can quickly and easily reach all the other emblematic monuments of Paris: the Place de la Concorde, the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, the Champs-Elysées... Finally, you will also be in the heart of the Marais, one of the the liveliest in Paris with countless restaurants, bars, museums and entertainment just a stone's throw from your rental. The property though small, is well decorated and furnished. Some of the cupboards are very high and, for us, unreachable without climbing.
