Le Rivat is spacious and welcoming. You will find all the amenities you need for cooking, as well as bed linens and bath towels.
This charming country-style home can comfortably accommodate 12 adults and 2 children (futons upstairs), with shared bedrooms.
Surrounded by towering trees and located near a river, your stay will offer the perfect balance between the great outdoors and urban life. Just 30 minutes from Old Quebec, you can easily drive to must-see historic sites while enjoying the peaceful natural surroundings of your home away from home. Ideal for groups of friends, families, or even business retreats, the house is spacious enough to allow everyone to enjoy some privacy or spend quality time together and create unforgettable memories.

When you rent a chalet or house, you help support the organization’s mission: restoring hope to young people in need and helping them regain confidence in their abilities and their future.
Like a resort, the Vallée Jeunesse site features several other houses and chalets, gathering areas, access to the Jacques-Cartier River, and canoe rentals so you can fully enjoy the water. A wilderness-style campground is also located nearby. The surroundings are peaceful and ideal for connecting with others, gathering together, and creating unforgettable memories. Every visitor will feel as though they have stepped away from everyday life and into a timeless retreat for the duration of their stay.

Access is easy by car, and you can reach Old Quebec in about 30 minutes. The space was great for our party of 11 - bigger then it looked on the photos. We really enjoyed the location and the common areas. Some complaints are that the pillows were awful - lumpy and uncomfortable.This house does NOT sleep 14 people. Our smallest person, a12 year old child, could not fit on the futon beds. And there was no extra bedding even if that had been possible. Other then that, it was well appointed, the bathrooms were great and the laundry area was good. We especially loved that the house had been decorated for Christmas.

Loved the house. Much nicer than pictures revealed. Furnishing in pictures looked sparse. Much nicer more furnishing than revealed in pictures. Very secluded and quiet setting.

Lovely spot with lots to do in winter time. A few small things such a broken chair and air hockey pusher, but minor and lots of chairs and other things to do . Owner was very helpful if needed as well .
