Welcome to this lovely beach house located in the gated neighborhood of Cypress Breeze Plantation. Nestled just a mile from the famous beaches of 30A, this picturesque community near Gulf Place offers the most impressive tropical resort swimming pool and waterfalls on 30A. The stunning blue waters of Santa Rosa Beach are just half a mile away.
This charming beach cottage is conveniently situated on a cul-de-sac near the tropical swimming pool at Cypress Breeze. Accommodating up to 8 guests, it features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a large living area. There’s also a loft with a workstation, including a desk, chair, and monitor. The screened patio and back porch, complete with a gas grill, dining & fire pit provide ample space for the whole family to relax and unwind.
The cottage is beautifully designed to reflect the casual beach lifestyle expected along the shores of 30A. With all-new furnishings and comfortable bedding, you will be the first to enjoy this professionally decorated beach house. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and a full pantry are just the beginning. The sunny and spacious living room features a large flat-screen television and comfortable seating. The dining area seats eight guests and provides access to the back porch.
For your convenience, there is a full laundry room and complimentary Wi-Fi. All linens are laundered and sanitized at 180 degrees after every stay for your peace of mind. Enjoy the entire home in this wonderful family neighborhood, complete with an amazing community pool.
Cancellation Policy: Guests will receive a full refund (minus a $200.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; no refunds will be issued within 30 days of arrival.

The photos online were bang on. the house was very clean when we arrived. No major issues with check in. The beds were very comfortable. We cooked 90% of our meals at the house instead of going out to eat. the kitchen had everything we needed. Large refrigerator with ice maker was nice. there were 5 beach chairs and an umbrella in the garage for us to use and we left 2 more and some beach toys since we flew instead of driving. The resort pool was a big hit as well as the golf cart. Pecan Jacks ice cream was also a big hit with the family if you are going to Ed Walline beach only a few minutes by golf cart. The washer and dryer being upstairs was nice as well. We will be back again for sure.

Due to the house previously being a long term rental, we encountered a couple hiccups. However, Teresa was on it! She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay! I would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is wonderful and the e pool is such a great way to spend the afternoon!

The home was in excellent condition with all the amenities we could ask for. Very peaceful neighborhood convent to the beach with several restaurants, coffee shops and shops along the way. Coffee on the balcony in the morning was especially enjoyable, as were drinks around the fire pit in the evening. Can’t wait to go back.

A Shore Thing is the perfect home for your stay in Santa Rosa Beach! This beach home is spacious, clean, comfortable, and fully stocked to meet your needs. Our large family stayed here for a week recently and absolutely LOVED this beach home. It is a beautiful home with plenty of seating in the living room, kitchen, or porches. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed and more! The large kitchen table was our favorite spot to play a game or plan the next day's adventure. Our kids said the beds felt like they were "sleeping on clouds"! We loved the modern bathrooms too. A Shore Thing is nestled in a quiet neighborhood called Cypress Breeze with beautiful trees and a natural preservation area too. The neighborhood pool was like nothing we'd ever seen! It was massive with 3 huge pools all different depths. The location of this beach home is only a mile from the beach so it's ideal for a morning run to the beach or a convenient drive in the spacious golf cart! After visiting Destin, we are in LOVE with Santa Rosa Beach. It is such a pleasant beach with a generous area of shallow water from the shoreline to the ocean, allowing the kids to enjoy swimming/playing in the ocean (while they can still touch the bottom :). The locals were welcoming and a few of our favorite spots near this home were Cafe 180 and Pecan Jack's Ice Cream. You and your family will feel at home in this gorgeous beach home, located in a picturesque neighborhood, close to one of Florida's most quintessential beaches- Santa Rosa Beach.
