The location is really what you're paying for. It's only a block away from the beach and Belmont Park. That was awesome. The parking space for your vehicle is really small. You need a compact car or you're in trouble. I didn't realize it was an upstairs unit so navigating stairs with all the luggage and stuff was a bit cumbersome. I LOVED that the unit is in the alleyway of Starbucks. So, I could hop over there every day for coffee. If you keep the windows open, which we did because it gets too warm in the summertime if you don't, then the noise from the main street can be annoying at times. There was a concern we had with buckets under the kitchen and bathroom sinks catching water from the pipes. I brought it to the host's attention, and he said he was working on it. All in all, I would recommend staying here, especially if the beach is what you're interested in. There are beach supplies available for your use in the garage, but we didn't check that out as we had our own chairs. There are some nice shops and eating places really close within walking distance.

Great place to stay in a prime location! It only took us a few minutes to walk to the beach. Plenty of options to eat within a few minutes. Great experience overall. Clean and cozy!

We really enjoyed our stay and hoping to return in the future. Was a little unsure about the checkout process since we had no internet access (real vacation) so we followed the list we found on the wall.All went well!!!!
