To the south, Sugar Pine Point State Park awaits; it's also reachable in about ten minutes by car or bike. It's an ideal spot for a sandy beach picnic, hiking trail exploration, or fishing by the waterside. When the ski season arrives, you'll find yourself just minutes away from Homewood Mountain Resort, featuring 2,000 skiable acres of groomed trails and pristine powder tree skiing. 3. 4WD is recommended during the winter months as travel in this neighborhood can be difficult during winter storms.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
5. Homewood Mountain Resort, located on the west shore of Lake Tahoe, will not be opening for the 2024-25 ski season. Please plan accordingly.
