You will be blown away by this spacious four bedroom, four bathroom condo at the highly sought after Malibu Pointe Beach Club. Perfect for large families or groups who want to stay together under one roof, this impressive oceanfront retreat comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests and offers room for everyone to spread out and relax.
As of early 2026, the condo has received fresh updates including new paint in the living and kitchen areas, along with two brand new queen beds and a new king bed, adding even more comfort to your stay.
Upon arrival, guests enter through a small hallway that leads into the main living spaces and four private bedrooms. Each bedroom is thoughtfully laid out to provide comfort, storage, and privacy.
Bedroom 1 features two double beds, a closet, dresser, TV, overhead lighting with a ceiling fan, and access to a private bathroom. The window brings in wonderful natural light. The attached bathroom includes a shower and tub combination, toilet, vanity with sink, and an oversized mirror.
Bedroom 2 offers two queen beds, a closet, dresser, TV, overhead lighting with a ceiling fan, and access to its own private bathroom. This bathroom also includes a shower and tub combination, toilet, vanity with sink, and an oversized mirror.
Bedroom 3 includes a king bed, closet, dresser, TV, overhead lighting with a ceiling fan, and a private bathroom with a shower and tub combination, toilet, vanity with sink, and oversized mirror.
Bedroom 4 is the primary suite and is located on the ocean side of the condo. This spacious room features a king bed, closet, dresser, TV, overhead lighting with a ceiling fan, and direct access to the oceanfront balcony. The private bathroom includes a stand up shower, separate tub, toilet, double vanity with two sinks, and an oversized mirror.
The centrally located kitchen is designed with both function and gathering in mind. It features granite countertops and full size stainless steel appliances including a side by side refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Guests will enjoy plentiful cabinet space stocked with basic kitchenware, cooking utensils, cutlery, and glassware, making it easy to prepare meals for the entire group.
Just off the kitchen is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Please note that detergent and dryer sheets are not provided, so plan to bring your own. A pantry beside the laundry area offers additional storage space.
At the front of the condo, you will find the spacious living area with ample seating for everyone. The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa, accent chair, entertainment center, cable TV, and a dining table with chairs. From here, step out onto the direct oceanfront balcony with glass panels that maximize your view and allow you to fully enjoy the coastal scenery.
All bath towels, bedding, and linens are provided for your stay, along with starter amenities including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Each bathroom is stocked with eight bath towels, eight washcloths, one hand towel, and one bath mat. Guests will arrive to freshly made beds and fully stocked bathrooms, and unlike many other rentals in the area, there is no additional charge for towels or linens.
Malibu Pointe Beach Club is a mid rise ocean view complex located just across the street from the beach, making it easy to walk over and enjoy the sand and surf without needing to drive. The property features multiple pools, free parking, complimentary Wi Fi, and cable TV. Guests love the convenience of the location and the ease of beach access, making this condo an exceptional choice for your next North Myrtle Beach getaway.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained. Malibu Pointe Beach Club does not allow boats, golf carts, mopeds, or trailers. Malibu Pointe is located approximately 25 minutes from Central Myrtle Beach, the Myrtle Beach International Airport and the famous Sky Wheel. There are so many dining and entertainment options close by including Duplin Winery, Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, and the Big M Casino boats!

Condo was great. Our only complaint is the condo sleeps 14 people and only 2 parking spots so having to find somewhere to park 3 cars was kind of a pain.

If only the carpets were clean! Our feet were black due to the dirty, dirty carpet. We just wore our shoes through out our stay and laid a sheet over the carpet so we could sit and put kites together. Also a 1qt sauce pan is all we had to make food in shifts due to we could only cook one dish at a time. There were several fry pans and one lid for 5 fry pans. Would I take this room again? Absolutely, the problems found were minor inconveniences.

Let's start with the good. Location great, view great. Now the bad, not clean at all as soon as you walk in the hallway walls have dirt and scuffs all over them, the carpet is filthy, the curtains on the sliding glass door smell like chemicals and have burn holes, slider door handle is broke they came to fix it and only fixed the inside, did not put a handle on the outside. The track on both sliders are so filled with dirt and sand that make them almost impossible to open. the window in the dining room is cracked and the track is filled with mold, master bathroom has dirty hand prints above the toilet, and all the furniture is old and filthy. Communication is horrible the key for the pool and fitness was wrong and we told them and we never got a different one and it always took them till the next day to respond and the only things they corrected was a clogged drain and an inside handle. If your looking for an over priced, good location place to sleep and shower this is your place. Definitely do not recommend.
