A proposito di questa cottage struttura in affitto
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy our recently renovated lake house! This all season lake house comfortably sleeps 8… Includes screened in porch with a beautiful view of the lake sunsets! 50 feet of Lake access with two docks and plenty of green space. Minutes away from Letchworth State Park.
We just bought our place in November 2022 and recently completed renovations. We removed walls on the first floor, installed new drywall and opened up the family room to the dining room to optimize views of the lake throughout the first floor living space! We installed new flooring, completely renovated 2 full bathrooms…and have all new furniture!
For those looking to work from home and need a change of scenery, we have a separate office with a desk (did I mention, a view of the lake from the office!) The huge screened-in porch makes for a great place to have a cup a coffee in the morning or watch sunsets in the evening. Outdoor space includes fire pit, Adirondack Chairs, outdoor dining table and grill. Huge backyard with plenty of space for yard games.
Other amenities: 10 minute drive from Letchworth State Park, located directly across the lake from The Club at Silver Lake Golf (public golf course) and right down the road from The Charcoal Corral and Silver Lake Twin Drive-in (drive in movie theater, mini golf, arcade and restaurant). For those beer lovers, we are a few minute drive from Silver Lake Brewing Project.

The lake view was very nice. The weather was cold and windy, so we had limited opportunity to enjoy the lake. We didn't need the laundry service. The owner was very responsive to a problem with the internet service. He had the Spectrum technician at the house at 8 AM the next morning. The house accommodations were modern, clean and spacious. It was a perfect distance from the Letchworth State park. I found out too late about the golf course across the lake!

Great location lakeside. House recently renovated. Beautiful view. Terrible WiFi, basically doesn’t work even after rebooting the router. WiFi is key as cell signal is poor. Nonstick pans are horribly beat up with lining partly missing and hanging from pan. Laundry detergent would have been so nice.

Anthony responded very quickly to any question or request. From the moment we walked in, this lake house exceeded our expectations.

Excellent home! Very clean, spacious & comfy. Anthony was very responsive and accommodating. Would love to stay again, but in warmer weather next time.
