Welcome to Jungle Garden St. John, Virgin Islands!
Jungle Garden is a beautiful NEW island getaway nestled in the tropical lush greenery on the gorgeous island of St. John.
This hidden gem is located up centerline road in the Estate Grunwald area, just a short drive to Cruz Bay.
There is no hot tub. It's a glitch with VRBO and they are working to remove. Jungle Garden amenities include AIR conditioning in both guest bedrooms,, living room and kitchen area. The main bedroom has a king size bed with direct access to the outdoor patio, a flat screen TV, plenty of closet space and dresser drawers. The second guest room has a full size bed, the bathroom features granite counter tops and a walk in shower, a convenient half bathroom on the outside deck, an air conditioned cozy living room with a HUGE flat screen tv, lots of windows with natural light, a comfortable sectional couch, ceiling fans, a workspace desk, beamed ceilings, a chefs kitchen with granite countertops, upgraded stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, dishes, pots and pans, a full size refrigerator, a 4 burner stove top/oven combo with a center griddle and a built in microwave, all the comforts of home. Enjoy the tropical breezes while sipping on cocktails or wake up with your morning coffee while lounging on the deck surrounded by nature, fruit trees, flowers and a koi pond. Jungle Garden has a wide variety of fruits and vegetables such as pineapple, bananas, pumpkin, papaya, sweet potato, sugar cane, coconut, sugar apples, custard apples, mangos, breadfruit, avocados, pomegranates, starfruit, passion fruit, Caribbean apricots, oranges, sweet spinach and many beautiful tropical flowers. Soak up the peace and tranquility while still close enough ( ~ about 15min drive) to the world famous white sand beaches and turquoise waters of the Caribbean. Shop, dine at delicious hot spots and visit the famous bars all while soaking in everything St. John has to offer. This is the perfect destination for your next island vacation. Exceptional hospitality. The host left so many helpful supplies. There was even backup power when we needed it. The property is magical with so many gorgeous plants and birds and fish and nature! The decor is lovely. Fans plus AC keep things cool. Very restful.

Great location. About 10 min from Cruz Bay and not too far from beaches on north side of island. Very helpful that it had beach chairs and cooler, didn’t remember seeing that in the listing so that was a great surprise. The setting in the jungle made it unique and the outdoor seating was a great way to enjoy it.

The place was great for me, my wife, and 3 kids. Good value, and as described. This house is tucked away and very private, although the neighborhood has some run down cars (typical of the island) we felt very safe at Jungle Garden. You will see birds (bananaquits and hummingbirds) daily from the deck, also a friendly cat. Not mentioned in the description, but this place has a generator! We lost power twice in a week and the generator turned on 20 seconds after the power went out. We did not turn on the air conditioners (not needed in march). Also, the roads to the house are not that steep compared to the rest of the island, we rented a jeep and were glad we did, although not strictly needed there are lots of steep roads and rough roads around the island which are a little easier in a jeep. Hope to return soon, would stay at Matthew's place again

A perfect spot for a girls’ trip. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and the house was perfect for us. We highly enjoyed the place for friends or families who are looking for a beautiful getaway.
