Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please keep in mind that this home is located in a highly sensitive noise ordinance neighborhood.
- You must be at least 30 years or older to book this property.
- We no longer have bikes available at this property.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance.
- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings.
- All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. This was a very comfortable house. When we checked in, there was a broken bed frame. The response from the AvantStay people was immediate, and the bed was fixed. Great neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again

My husband and I, our adult son, our two younger teen children and our son's friend loved our stay in this home. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. We liked being 4 blocks from the beach. Parking is tricky, if you don't just walk to the beach (it's about a 13 minute walk), since there are no designated parking spaces. The management team responded to our question within minutes. the sauna/converted garage and connected backyard retreat was really nice. We loved the big rooms and upstairs porch. We had our groceries delivered from the nearby grocery store (Ralph's), which made the trip much easier (without having to haul our groceries). The fire-pit was nice, too. We used the beach chairs that were provided. Overall, I would recommend this home to others, and I would stay again.

This was our second time staying here and everything was great! The host team was very responsive and makes staying here again just as fun as it was the first time. Thank you!
