This is a newly renovated home with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is located within walking distance of historic downtown Columbia.
The home is located in a diverse neighborhood with a rich African American history. The property is east of the downtown square on Glade Street. We are about 30 minutes from Franklin, 45 minutes to Nashville.
We are thrilled to open our doors to all people, regardless of their background, ethnicity, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.

When I say poor location I mean poor
Actually had homeless people walking around it’s not right that the owners wouldn’t give a address until 2 days before arriving
I had family in town if I had known where we would be I never would have booked the house
The sad news is it’s a nice house
But for two senior’s it was a very poor location
The door had dent’s the door frame was broken
It appears as if someone tried to brake in at some point
We just didn’t feel safe
