Located on the West End of Panama City Beach, only 15 minutes from Pier Park and 5 minutes from 30-A, this town home feels very secluded. Perfect location for kayaking and paddle boarding. There is also close beach access in PCB and Inlet Beach. This property also boasts an on site boat ramp, brand new, large dock on Lake Powell and 2 newly refinished pools. This property offers the best of both worlds, seclusion and access, the magnificent gulf waters and a pristine lake.

Our party of 5 had a great time staying here. We had everything we needed, comfy beds, a clean condo in an area very close to everything we wanted. We had to drive to the beach everyday, which was expected (it’s not a walking distance away). The lake view was a peaceful touch. Greta was a great host! I would stay here again.

This is one of the nicest VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in. Clean, up to date, extra amenities, beautiful decor. My friend and our daughters all really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Inside the townhouse was very clean. Updated main floor bath Large bedrooms. Kids loved the bunk beds. Pool was very handy
