Everything was as described. Only issue was some outlets in the kitchen were hard to plug into.

Great house, well equipped, very accommodating hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The house was cozy and spacious. The kitchen was large with enough space for us to spread out all of the items we brought from home. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were well renovated. We also enjoyed waking up to seeing the horses right across from the property!It's located fairly close to New Paltz (about 10-15min) and other areas to visit. Definitely check out the Rail Trail that runs through the towns. Also Gardiner Bakehouse was such a cute coffee shop, just a few min drive from the house. Check out Wrights Farm market right up the street too. Overall we had a lovely stay. A bit of a hiccup in the beginning but we contacted Karin and she was over within a few minutes to correct the issue. She was easy to reach and responded very quickly. We would definitely return in the future!

Perfect location for a fall get together for our friend’s 50th birthday at a nearby winery. House was conveniently located, clean, big enough for 3 women to sleep comfortably. We loved the horses across the street. Very relaxing and quiet stay.
