Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Parking is free on-site in the driveway for up to 3 vehicles, plus there is street parking.

• Laundry is located in the garage.

• Please note there is no A/C, but there are several ceiling fans throughout the house.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
