Located only five houses from the beach on a quiet, horseshoe-shaped street, The Beached Buffalo offers prospective renters the best of the Outer Banks experience. An open floor plan on the top level will allow you to enjoy quality time and meals with friends and family. Contains a spacious dining and living area with a decorative fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a queen master bedroom with a private bath. A furnished screened-in porch area, accessible from the great room on the top level, is available for beautiful sunrises with a pool overlook.
All queen bedrooms have private deck access. The great room and all bedrooms have flat-screen TVs streaming with Roku. Our high-speed internet lets you easily and securely sign in to all your favorite accounts. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the top deck, which offers ample seating for your friends and family.
On the ground/entry level, you will find a laundry room, a 10 x 20 private in-ground pool with a fenced-in lounge and seating area, a hot tub, outside shower, park-style charcoal grill, porch swing, horseshoe pit, and fish cleaning table with sink!
A pack' n play and a high chair are available. This beach home, with two master bedrooms, is perfect for multiple families. It is nonsmoking. This property does not permit RVs, campers, trailers, or golf carts.

We had an amazing time staying at the Beached Buffalo! The property management team was very responsive and made our check in/check out process a breeze. Loved how close the location is to the ocean, very short walk to beach entrance. The house is stocked with a TON of board games and also had chairs, beach carts, and beach toys leftover for us to use. Bring or rent baby gates if you need them. Would definitely stay here again with my family!

Great house! Well-maintained, updated appliances, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen. Really loved the location - close walking distance to the beach and close to shopping in Corolla. Pool and hot tub are also great. Laundry room is only accessible outside of the main house but large washer and dryer work great.

Enjoyed the Beached Buffalo very much. House is clean, well stocked and so close to the beach. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Overall this house was decent for the money. The location was nice in regard to the beach, but I will warn if you, if you’re family struggles with stairs, this house nor this beach is the right pick for you. The house does not have an elevator and the beach access has multiple sets of stairs in order to gain access to the beach. If you plan on cooking, you will need to bring your own set of non stick pots and pans because there are none that work in the kitchen. Aside from the cookware, the kitchen was fully stocked in all other areas. One downfall was the laundry being outside in a little storage room. Upon opening the door, cockroaches dispersed on multiple occasions. We also killed cockroaches on the stairwell. The pool was decent but much smaller than anticipated and doesn’t fit more than 4 people comfortably. The grass area where the horseshoe pit is located was not mowed until the end of our trip. We had a minor issue upon arriving and maintenance arrived to tend to the issue within minutes which was super impressive. They volunteered to come spray our house after we reported the cockroaches but we declined because there wasn’t a “right time” that fit our schedule. It was just unfortunate that the issues wasn’t tended to prior to us arriving.
