Home to one of the city’s most popular bar districts, it’s also a hotbed of local art and creativity with gallery nights, a thriving farmers market which is just 100' from our front door and one of the city's most beloved weekly concert series in Humboldt Park during the spring and summer. You'll find plenty of opportunities to get outdoors on lakefront trails or at beer gardens in neighborhood parks.

Walk everywhere from the place, whether a short stroll along Lake Michigan or the park across the street, there are many options including excellent restaurants, vintage shopping, bars, coffee shops or neighborhood gathering places to explore all within an easy walk.

There is a great walking trail along Lake Michigan, the Oak Leaf Trail which goes down right next to the water and the beach areas at South Shore Park. Everything is only blocks away, well within walking distance or a 1-4 minute Uber.
