The kitchen is fully stocked and has an eat in bar and large dining table, so if you don't feel like going out, you can always stay in and enjoy a meal right at the house. It is also located closely to the Nanatahala River Gorge where you can find whitewater kayaking, ziplining, and horseback riding. Downtown Bryson City is just a 10 minute drive, where you will find the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad, Deep Creek access to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and many local shops, restaurants, and breweries
