Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Conveniently located just 7 miles from I-81. Easy drive to many locations such as Harrisonburg, Staunton and Charlottesville. With many nearby colleges, wineries, breweries and caverns to explore. Tucked away against the North River on a horse farm. Enjoy the peace and quiet. Enjoy all of the animals the farm has to offer. Book a riding lesson or trail ride. Or, a relaxing float or fishing on the river.

We loved our stay at the farm house! It was perfect space for our family of five. The kids loved the animals and the walk to the river. It was clean and so nice to have the kitchen/ living space to use during our time there. We hope to come again!

Lisa the host was very polite and kind. Farmhouse was very clean open and spacious. Animals are warm and friendly. We spent one night it was a very nice treat for all my special needs children to adventure before my last child who is autistic is graduating in the morning. He is so excited.

This is a beautiful property with lots of friendly animals. My husband had a medical emergency and fortunately we were able to extend our stay. The host was extremely helpful.

Was a one night stop but would have stayed several days if time permitted. The horses were beautiful and the dogs and cats were friendly and playful. Grandchildren said it was an awesome place to stay and are still talking about their stay at the farm. Highly recommended! Will revisit when travelling again!
