Tucked away on the 5th and top floor (accessible by elevator), this charming, quiet, and very bright studio offers all the comforts you need for an ideal stay in the heart of Paris.
The apartment includes:
Living/sleeping area: comfortable sofa bed (sleeps 2)
Kitchen: fully equipped (with a fold-down faucet to open the window)
Bathroom: functional shower
Amenities included:
Washing machine, refrigerator.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Location & Neighborhood:
The apartment enjoys an exceptional location, just 160 meters from the Grands Boulevards metro station, surrounded by numerous shops, cafés, and great dining spots (such as the restaurant Le Passionné or La Crème de Paris for waffles and crêpes).

The south of the arrondissement, noisy and lively, and the territory of the Grands Boulevards and the Opéra Garnier. Magnificent architecture, courtyards and hidden streets. The north, meanwhile, takes you to Montmartre via the famous Pigalle.

This is a fabulous pied a terre in the heart of 9eme arrondissement. Le Grand Boulevards Metro station is a 3 blocks, some of the well known cafes are just in the corner. Comunicación is amazing! Small but cozy, and well renovated, just consider that no AC if you going during the summer. My daughter had an emergency and the owners were very useful allowing a special late check out which was very appreciated. No doubt it’s an amazing place to stay in Paris in a budget ! Well recommended
