Featuring a private courtyard and pool, the open indoor/outdoor floor plan is perfect for family gatherings. The recent extensive renovation includes a luxurious master suite, a workout area, updated bathrooms, an open chef’s kitchen with a bistro-style layout, and a distinct laundry room. Enjoy the added luxury of a solar-heated pool.
The Space:
Bathrooms and bedrooms
There are five restrooms and eight aesthetically pleasing bedrooms. Five rooms, each, feature a queen bed. Both rooms feature a king-size bed. And one room with a twin trundle bed and a full bed.
The kitchen
The kitchen is exceptionally well-appointed with every conceivable item, including wine glasses and dishes and cookware. The kitchen is exposed to the indoor/outdoor dining area and features counter seating. In addition, two refrigerators have been added per a guest's recommendation.
While dining
Large sliding doors in the dining area lead to the outdoor covered lanai, which provides additional seating for eight. Five bar stools are located atop the kitchen island.
LOUNGE ROOM
An additional set of sizable sliding doors in the expansive living room provide access to the lanai.
EXTRAS:
Cable television; expedient WiFi throughout the residence; a laundry room with an extra-large washer and dryer.

-Snorkels, beach chairs, and beach towels -An outdoor shower

ATTRACTIONS and LOCATION:
This residence is situated a mere five houses from the shoreline and a two-minute stroll from Kailua shoreline, one of the most picturesque beaches globally. There are numerous restaurants and a Whole Foods Market within a couple of miles for your grocery requirements.
AC:
Air conditioning is provided in the living room and all bedrooms. Although the kitchen and dining room lack air conditioning, substantial sliding doors allow for the ingress of chilly trade breezes.
Legally recognized as a residence, this property is rented for a minimum of thirty consecutive days. Early departures do not incur any penalty, so you may reserve a lesser stay as specified on the website. This is in compliance with sections 19-18 of the ordinances of the city and county of Honolulu. A thirty-day rental agreement is required.
Guest Access:
The entire house can be used by the guests. The only exceptions are the garage and one of the two closets in the master bedroom.
The Neighborhood:
This house is located in the beachside community of Kailua. There are many restaurants within a couple miles as well as a Whole Foods Market for your grocery needs.
Getting Around:
It is best to rent a car. Parking is provided at the home. If you are interested in renting our van at the property, please let us know.
Interaction with Guests:
The property manager lives a few minutes away from this home and is available to help, even on weekends and after hours.

The house is indeed huge and was great for our party of eight couples. It has all the supplies you need. A very well equipped kitchen. Lots of beach towels and even extra sunscreen. The pool was lovely and outdoor dining worked great for our large group. One note, the 8th bedroom is attached to the 7th and you walk through the bedroom to get to the shared bathroom. This wasn't great for 2 couples. We moved the twin beds down to the gym to make the 8th bedroom. Not perfect, but worked to give the couples privacy. The walk to the beach is around the corner and down a beach path, not just down the street as you might imagine from the map.

We enjoyed our stay very much. There were a lot of us, and there was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is huge, so many of us could be in there at once and not feel crowded. We loved the huge family room which we used many times for family movie nights during our stay. We loved the pool! Huge and refreshing and there were lots of floaties to use. There were also LOTS of beach towels available. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes and we watched many sunrises from there. This house was perfect for our Kailua stay! Debra, the property manager was readily available and super helpful!

I travelled with an adult softball team. We much appreciated the proximity to the beach, the well appointed kitchen, pool, parking, and responsiveness of the property manager.
