Great property with nice amenities, served our group well. Super location, clean and comfy. House was welcoming and absolutely spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed. Instructions and communication with host were easy and straightforward.One note- it was not clear to us from pictures on on the listing, but good to know that the extra sofa bed in the office is in its own room with a door (as opposed to just being off a living area, without its own door- we could not quite tell from the picture/description on the listing) - so there are 5 private rooms with beds, not just 4 and an extra. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

We loved our stay and the host communicated well. Very close to soo many beaches along the coast. The home was fully stocked with not only pots and pans, crock pot and instant pot....but with spices, Saran Wrap and storage bags, some dish soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. very clean and beds were comfy. I do have a preference of fluffy down- like pillows which they do not have here, but that is the only critique and it's a preference. We would highly recommend...5 and if it fits our group for next year will 100% love to book again! Thank you!!

This house is everything we were looking for! There was plenty of room for everyone and then some. It was very well equipped, providing anything we needed. The only thing that I could critique would be new pillows are really needed. We will be booking this one again!

House is super cute. Great space and location to beach. The air is an issue. We had the same exact problem as the review from September 2023. Read that review and it is almost identical to our story. When we arrived it was 90 degrees in the house. A breaker had blown so we were able to kick it back in but the house never went below 74 degrees. And they had it set up where you couldn’t put it below 70. They said we moved the couch over the return. We never moved a piece of furniture. They were quick to respond but telling us it takes time to cool down and that we don’t need to move the couch. Which we didn’t. Overall cute house. Clean and decorated well.
