Located on historic Park Ave., a short walk to all of Downtown’s shopping, restaurants, and sights! All new furnishings and bedding. Well-appointed kitchen with everything your inner chef could need! Covered front porch for relaxing and gazebo looking out on Park Ave. Fast WiFi, Roku TVs, clean and comfortable - just like home!

The house was clean when we got there and exactly as described. It was close enough to the historic region of Hot Springs to make easy travel, but not right in the thick of everything. There was enough parking for our rather large group of family with several vehicles that came for our event.The host gave great communication and was easy to work with.

It was really cool to stay in a historic house. The location was great and we really enjoyed the donut shop across the street. We were a little bummed that we didn't have working wifi but everything else was great.
