Welcome to your own private slice of paradise in Cocoa Beach! This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and is the perfect getaway for families, friends, and groups looking to relax, have fun, and enjoy everything Florida’s Space Coast has to offer.

Located directly on the Banana River, the home offers a peaceful waterfront setting where you can unwind, enjoy the sunset, and make the most of your Florida vacation. Grab one of the provided canoes or paddleboards and get out on the water, or simply relax in the hot tub while taking in the view.
After a day at the beach, come home and enjoy the private putting green, pool table, fire pit, gas grill, and the hot tub. There’s something for everyone here!

Inside, you'll find comfortable bedrooms and inviting gathering spaces designed with groups in mind. When you're ready for some downtime, enjoy a movie in the dedicated movie room with a large sectional and blackout curtains, or challenge your group to a game of pool.

May - October be sure to take one of the canoes on the water to experience Cocoa Beach bioluminescence season. The Banana River is the perfect location and nothing can quite take your breath away like glowing blue waters putting on a show of bioluminescence.
Nov-April Comb Jellies another bioluminescence experience- They are harmless to humans and amazing to watch.
Let's not forget the manatees and dolphins that visit daily up and down the 85 foot wide canal.

We had a great stay. Everything is as described. Saw manatees and dolphins off the dock. We enjoyed canoeing, playing pool and everything Cocoa beach has to offer. The house was everything we needed it to be and we would definitely choose it again.

Very nice place, loved the 2 huge tvs, kitchen is well stocked with pans and gadgets. We were there 9 weeks so we cooked most of our meals and I even made cookies twice. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. We saw dolphins 3 times in the channel. We watched several evening rockets from the driveway! So cool!
