If you are looking to vacation with family/friends this setup provides for both close proximity and privacy. You only live once, why not treat yourself to one of the best locations Wells Beach has to offer! Enjoy the panoramic ocean sunrise with your coffee!! Great place to stay right on the beach! Beautiful views and had everything we needed. The walls are a little thin between this unit and the one next door, but it wasnt too bad. Definitly take a look outside after dark on a clear night to see all the stars!

It was great to be right on Wells Beach. Sunrise from the deck was amazing.

The location is spectacular! Right on the beach and close to amenities. The house is older and the walls are pretty thin, so if someone is staying in the adjoining unit, it can be pretty loud.
