The private beach access is just an elevator ride away, as are the oversized heated pool and hot tub for your enjoyment.

You will have access to all of condo 314, plus common areas: coin or app operated laundry rooms (one on the 1st floor, one on the 3rd floor), patio area with swimming pool and hot tub, one parking space (not assigned, use any available spot MUST (max 1 spot) have parking permit and a spot is NOT guaranteed), lawn in back, and private stairs/path to beach with body and foot shower.

You may be required to provide valid ID and pay a security deposit. Pets have a $75 per pet fee.
