Paki Maui 326 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the third floor with partial ocean views from your lanai and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, bringing natural light into the condo. The condo features a split A/C system with one unit in each bedroom and one in the living room. The condo can accommodate up to 6 guests with a Queen bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room. The master ensuite bathroom is equipped with a large vanity space and a bathtub/shower combo. Off of the living room, you will find the updated guest bathroom featuring a tilted walk-in shower. For added convenience, a washer/dryer is included in the condo. Enjoy preparing meals at home with a fully equipped remodeled kitchen. Dine al fresco on the lanai with a dining table for 4 and the lush garden surrounding you. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows.
Property Improvement Projects: Work hours 8am to 5pm Planter Box Removal. Project is scheduled to begin on 9/14/26 and is estimated to take 2 weeks to complete. Scope of project: removal of planter boxes at the 21 and 22 stacks. What to expect: noise, dust and debris during the demolition portion. Solar Panel Removal and Upgrade. Project is scheduled to start on 9/14/26 and is estimated to take 2 ½ weeks to complete. Scope of work: removal and upgrade of solar panels on the roof. What to expect: a crane will be brought onsite to remove maters and equipment from the roofs. Parking may be affected by the crane work.
Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is in the neighborhood of Honokowai with shopping, restaurants, and beach rentals across the street. Within a short drive check out Whaler's Village Shopping Center where you can enjoy many dining options and entertainment. There are golf courses and putting greens available in Kaanapali and Kapalua.

Was great space and nicely furnished and appointed. Just needed to have some minor repairs done ie: toilet paper hanger broken, tiles in dining area loose. Nothing major.

It was a very comfortable property. We only had a large pot and a large pan to cook with. A smaller pot and pan would've been nice. It did not have air conditioning. It only had fans. Outside of that, it was great.

I was initially disappointed with how dirty the unit was when we first arrived. The last thing I wanted to do was clean the unit just to be able to relax, but that is what we did for the first hour before settling in. The floor was disgusting, the bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been touched in months. To top it off, the available cleaning supplies were less than ideal to use to clean.
The bed frame in the master bedroom is broken, so my sleeping situation was uncomfortable for the stay.
Our kids were disappointed because the hot tub was broken. I wouldn’t put this in the review, but the property manager said all owners have known for several months about the hot tub issue. This was not stated in the property description.
