Don’t be fooled because house was built in I think 1974…kitchen is fabulous…well stocked. The dining/family room has comfortable chairs. Beach is only two short blocks away. Family room well stocked with games, puzzles. We got hooked on a game called Sequence. Also, everyone found a book to read. House is on a canal and has a back porch and pier if you want to go crabbing. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms ( 1 has twin beds) and the same downstairs with a bathroom between. The linens were heavenly. If this were my house, I would soon add slats under the mattresses and install a safety rail in the tub. I would, also, put a towel rack under the window in the upstairs bathroom. Lovely home and look forward to possibly renting again.
