We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. First floor gaming area was great for the grandkids. Back yard was very large and fenced in, great for the pup.
I like the location. It's a pleasant walk to the beach, and also a pleasant walk to Duck's downtown area and the boardwalk. All around, a great place.

Our entire group enjoyed the house and the distance to the beach and shops.

It is a great home with elevator, pool, fenced yard but is starting to show its age. We have rented this home for 15 years and it has steadily declined. Just not as clean as it was, small things broken everywhere, rust on all of the register covers with water leaking from them in the ceilings. Shoreline Preferred is EXTREMELY responsive to issues that need repaired though. They are super to work with.
